crystallized, clover and goldenrod honey is harvested during August and September when the bees are foraging nectar from goldenrod blossoms. This flower is yellow and abundant in the fields of Wisconsin. During this time the bees still forage some clover, creating a mixed honey. The taste is less minty than clover with a more mild and aromatic flavor. This raw clover and golden rod is naturally crystallized and will be solid when you receive it.
